Dianna L. Chevalier, Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine, Wisconsin 2024

A federal indictment has been handed down against Dianna L. Chevalier, a 40-year-old Shawano woman, for her alleged involvement in methamphetamine trafficking on the Menominee Indian Reservation.

According to the indictment, on or about September 10, 2024, Chevalier was found to be in possession of methamphetamine, which is indicative of an intent to distribute. This charge carries a maximum sentence of 20 years in prison and up to a $1 million fine. Additionally, Chevalier faces a term of supervised release and a special assessment of $100 if convicted.

The investigation into this case was a collaborative effort between the Menominee Tribal Police Department, Menominee County Sheriff’s Office, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant United States Attorney Andrew J. Maier in the United States District Court in Green Bay.

These organizations work in tandem with federal, tribal, state, and local law enforcement agencies to combat drug trafficking and violent crime on the Menominee Indian Reservation.
