CLARKSBURG, WEST VIRGINIA – A Maryland man has been sentenced to three years probation for drug trafficking in West Virginia, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office.

Donald Noel Smith, 42, of Oakland, Maryland, pleaded guilty in October 2020 to one count of Unlawful Use of Communication Facility. Smith admitted to using a phone to distribute drugs in March 2020 in Monongalia County.
