ESCALON, CA – Timothy McCulley, 35, of Escalon, stands accused of sickening crimes after a federal grand jury returned a two-count indictment charging him with the production of child sexual abuse material. The U.S. Attorney’s Office, led by Eric Grant, announced the arrest today, detailing a case that has shaken local law enforcement.
Court documents reveal a disturbing pattern of abuse. On November 9th and 14th, 2024, McCulley allegedly used a minor victim to engage in sexually explicit conduct with the explicit intention of creating child sexual abuse material. The bust is the result of a coordinated effort by the Internet Crimes Against Children Unit of the Sacramento Valley Hi-Tech Crimes Task Force.
