Deveil Oliver Jean Westerfield, 28, a Davenport, Iowa man, was sentenced to 115 months in federal prison for possessing a firearm as a felon. The incident occurred on November 5, 2025, when officers responded to a shots-fired call outside the Happy Hollow bar. Westerfield was identified as carrying a rifle with an extended magazine and had threatened to shoot a woman related to a different incident before going to the bar.
