Gary Schmucker, 47, of Warsaw, Indiana has been found guilty of possessing a firearm as an unlawful drug user. A two-day jury trial presided over by United States District Court Judge Damon R. Leichty resulted in a guilty verdict against Schmucker on the sole count of the Indictment.
