Holly Michele Hedberg, Methamphetamine Trafficking, Montana 2020

A Billings woman has been charged with methamphetamine trafficking in a federal court arraignment.

Holly Michele Hedberg, 38, of Billings, Montana, was arraigned on March 10 before U.S. Magistrate Judge Timothy J. Cavan and pleaded not guilty to charges of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute methamphetamine and possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

If convicted of the most serious crime, Hedberg faces a mandatory minimum 10 years to life in prison, a $10 million fine and at least five years of supervised release.

The FBI Western Transnational Organized Crime Task Force and Eastern Montana High Intensity Drug Trafficking Area Task Force investigated the case.

The charging documents are merely accusations, and Hedberg is presumed innocent until proven guilty.
