Three illegal aliens, Cristian Omar Valencia-Gomez, Jose Flores, and Kevin Idel Moncada-Lopez, face charges for reentering the United States in Las Vegas, Nevada, after being previously deported. Valencia-Gomez, a Mexican national, was arrested on June 7, 2024, for multiple counts of domestic violence and child abuse. Flores and Moncada-Lopez, also with prior felony convictions, were similarly charged with illegal reentry.
Valencia-Gomez had been previously deported to Mexico three times, in 2017 and 2018. After serving a prison term for battery and child abuse, he was remanded to ICE custody in June 2026. Flores and Moncada-Lopez were also previously removed from the US and reentered the country illegally.
The three defendants made their initial court appearances to face charges of illegally reentering the US after being removed. Preliminary hearings are scheduled for July 7, 2026, before US Magistrate Judge Elayna J. Youchah.
