Iowa Man Sentenced for Cocaine and Marijuana Possession
A 15-month prison sentence was handed down to Matthew Podgorski, 23, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, for possession with intent to distribute cocaine and marijuana in a Nebraska court. On July 18, 2018, officers observed Podgorski driving a vehicle eastbound on I-80 in Omaha, traveling approximately 60 mph in a 50 mph construction zone.
