Heroin Distribution Lands Cedar Rapids Man in Prison

A Cedar Rapids man’s reign of heroin distribution has come to an end. Isaac Edwards, 27, of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, was sentenced to 57 months in federal prison for his crimes.

According to court documents, Edwards sold heroin from 2012 until his arrest in 2015. He also led police on a high-speed vehicle chase on September 22, 2015, during which he threw heroin out of the vehicle.
