Columbus, Ohio – In a major blow to the city’s underworld, 38-year-old Jack A. Morris was sentenced to 44 years in prison for operating a drug trafficking organization and using violence to protect his drug trade.

According to the investigation, Morris and others supplied street-level distributors with firearms and body armor to protect themselves from potential robberies.
