On January 29, 2025, Jaden Stuart, 32, of Omaha, Nebraska, was sentenced to 36 months in federal prison for possession with intent to distribute 10 grams or more of fentanyl analogue.
The sentence was handed down by United States District Judge Brian C. Buescher. There is no parole in the federal system.
After Stuart is released from prison, he will begin a 2-year term of supervised release.

The narcotics were meant for distribution.
Bahnsen was previously sentenced on September 19, 2024, to 12 months and 1 day, followed by 3 years of supervised release.
