Pittsburgh Man Indicted on Charges of Sexual Exploitation of Minors

A Pittsburgh man has been charged with producing and possessing material depicting the sexual exploitation of minors, according to a federal indictment.

Jeffrey Porch, 32, was named as the sole defendant in a three-count indictment returned on November 27 in Pittsburgh.

According to the indictment, Porch attempted to and did employ, use, persuade, induce, entice, and coerce two female child victims to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing visual depictions of such conduct in April and May 2017.

In addition, Porch knowingly possessed visual depictions of minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct in February 2018.

The law provides for a maximum total sentence of 80 years in prison, a fine of Lee J. Karl is prosecuting this case on behalf of the government.

The Western Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force and the Pittsburgh Bureau of Police conducted the investigation leading to the indictment in this case.
