Jeffrey Williams, a 29-year-old resident of Gary, Indiana, has been charged with two counts of distribution of heroin and one count of possession with the intent to distribute crack cocaine.
According to the United States Attorney’s Office, these charges were filed as the result of an investigation by the Drug Enforcement Administration and the Lake Station Police Department.
