Jevon Flynn, 30, Sentenced to 5 Years for Methamphetamine Possession

BUFFALO, N.Y. – In a harsh blow to the streets of Niagara Falls, Jevon Flynn, 30, has been sentenced to serve 60 months in prison for possession with intent to distribute methamphetamine.

According to U.S. Attorney Trini E. Ross, the sentencing was a direct result of an investigation by Homeland Security Investigations, under the direction of Special Agent-in-Charge Erin Keegan, and the Niagara County Sheriff’s Office, under the direction of Sheriff Michael Filicetti.

On March 26, 2024, investigators executed a search warrant at a residence in Niagara Falls, during which they located Flynn in a bedroom, with his hands near a clothing hamper. A backpack and a pair of pants were found in the clothing hamper. A plastic bag containing suspected methamphetamine was found in the backpack, while two plastic baggies were found in the pants, one contained suspected fentanyl, and the other contained blue-colored pressed pills.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Jeffrey E. Intravatola, who handled the case, stated that investigators also seized another quantity of suspected methamphetamine and eight grams of suspected crack cocaine.

U.S. District Judge Lawrence J. Vilardo handed down the sentence, bringing a measure of justice to the community.

The investigation highlights the ongoing efforts of law enforcement to combat the scourge of methamphetamine and other illicit substances in our communities.
