Coast to Coast Cocaine Ring Busted in Missouri
A California man and 10 others have been accused of involvement in a large-scale cocaine conspiracy in Missouri, according to a recent indictment.
Jimmy Abraham Majeau, 43, of Chino Hills, California, made his first appearance in U.S. District Court in St. Louis on Thursday and pleaded not guilty to one count of conspiracy to distribute and possess with the intent to distribute more than five kilograms of cocaine and one count of conspiracy to commit money laundering.
Majeau and 10 others, including three St. Louis area residents, were originally indicted on May 28, 2025. The indictment was unsealed on July 9, when the initial arrests began.
The indictment alleges that Majeau traveled frequently to Mexico to obtain cocaine, which he then transported throughout the U.S. using a commercial shipping company.

- Sonja Anne Orlando, 48, of the St. Louis area
- Aaron Lamont Russell, 42, of the St. Louis area

- Marvell Brian Lloyd, 43, of unknown
- Juan Jose Mendoza, 55, of unknown
- Alexxis Marie Ramirez, 36, of unknown
- Jonathon Javon Ward, 44, of unknown
- Andrew Watson, 65, of unknown
The indictment also seeks the forfeiture of assets alleged to be linked to the crimes, including Majeau’s home, a 2021 Lamborghini Urus, $235,000 cash and 18 pieces of diamond and gold jewelry, including watches, rings, earrings, bracelets and necklaces.
Charges set forth in an indictment are merely accusations and do not constitute proof of guilt. Every defendant is presumed to be innocent unless and until proven guilty.
The case was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the U.S. Postal Inspection Service, IRS Criminal Investigation and the St. Louis County Police Department.
