Joshua Emil Sullivan, Distributing Child Pornography, Iowa 2021

A Minton man has been sentenced to 80 months in federal prison for distributing child pornography. Joshua Emil Sullivan, 46, was found guilty of the crime, which he admitted to committing over the internet.

According to court documents, Sullivan distributed child pornography over the internet. His actions led to a lengthy prison term and other consequences.

On Wednesday, July 28, 2021, United States District Court Chief Judge John A. Jarvey sentenced Sullivan to the 80-month prison term. After serving his time, Sullivan will be required to serve a term of supervised release of five years.
