PHILADELPHIA, PA – Julio Vicente-Rios, a/k/a “Julio V. Rios,” a/k/a “Pablo Reyes-Ortiz,” of Philadelphia, PA, was charged with a serious crime that threatens public safety.
A federal indictment alleges that Vicente-Rios, an alien, and native and citizen of Guatemala, was found in the United States after having been deported from the United States on or about February 15, 2008, and December 29, 2008.
