Justin Pierce, Conspiracy to Commit Bank Larceny, Louisiana 2020

NEW ORLEANS, LA – In a brazen attempt to break into an ATM, 22-year-old Justin Pierce of Slidell has been sentenced for his role in the crime. On February 5, 2020, Pierce and others attempted to break into an ATM located in the drive-through of a Capital One Bank using sledgehammers, crowbars, chains, and a truck.

The group’s actions caused significant damage to the ATM machine, with an estimated cost of $39,324 to be paid in restitution to Capital One Bank.
