Grimy Times Exclusive: Kevin D. Waczkowski, a 32-year-old man from Elma, New York, pleaded guilty to possessing child pornography, a federal crime that carries a maximum penalty of 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
On April 15, 2016, the Federal Bureau of Investigation’s Violent Crimes Against Children Task Force executed a search warrant at Waczkowski’s residence and seized several electronic devices.
