Kevin Douglas Jenkins, a 35-year-old man from Pelahatchie, Mississippi, has pleaded guilty to producing child pornography. This disturbing crime was uncovered after a minor child came forward to disclose Jenkins’ actions.
A forensic examination revealed videos of Jenkins engaging in sexually explicit conduct with the minor child. These heinous acts led to Jenkins being charged and subsequently indicted by a federal grand jury in November.
The maximum penalties for the crimes charged against Jenkins are 30 years in prison and a $250,000 fine for each count. Jenkins will be sentenced by Chief United States District Judge Daniel P. Jordan III on April 26, 2019, at 9:00 a.m.
