Lincoln Man Sentenced for Massive Meth Bust

A 28-year-old Lincoln man has been sentenced to 18 years in prison for his role in a massive methamphetamine conspiracy.

According to authorities, Robert Earl Partee, II, purchased at least 70 pounds of methamphetamine for resale in the Lincoln area between 2018 and 2019.

During this time, law enforcement twice seized methamphetamine from Partee and his vehicle, including a traffic stop on April 30, 2019, where over 300 grams of methamphetamine were found in the vehicle.

Partee was also found with methamphetamine on his person during a traffic stop on November 13, 2019.

The investigation, led by the Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force, uncovered a complex web of methamphetamine trafficking in the Lincoln area.

U.S. District Judge John M. Gerrard handed down the 225-month sentence, which will be followed by a 5-year term of supervised release.

This sentence highlights the severe penalties for those involved in methamphetamine trafficking, a crime that can have devastating effects on communities.

As a reminder, there is no parole in the federal system.
