A pair of East Liverpool residents are facing serious charges after a federal grand jury indicted them on a single count of conspiracy to possess with intent to distribute and distribution of at least 280 grams of cocaine base.
According to the indictment, John N. Lockett III, 38, and Kaylee Marie Lockett, 25, both of East Liverpool, Ohio, allegedly conspired to possess and distribute cocaine base from at least November 2013 to December 2013.
