But the charges don’t end there. MICHAEL A. LACEY RENEE PARK is also accused of Possession with Intent to Distribute Methamphetamine and Maintaining Drug Involved Premises.

According to the June 11, 2014, indictment, the Metzker DTO allegedly operated as a cohesive unit, working together to distribute methamphetamine throughout the Eastern District of Oklahoma and beyond. Prosecutors allege that the defendants knowingly conspired to possess and distribute the drug for financial gain. The indictment details a sophisticated operation, leveraging multiple individuals and communication methods to move product and evade law enforcement. The case highlights the persistent problem of methamphetamine trafficking in Oklahoma and the ongoing efforts of federal agencies to dismantle these criminal networks.

It’s crucial to remember that an indictment represents formal charges, not proof of guilt. Each defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt. Statutory maximum penalties for these offenses vary, but federal prison sentences carry no possibility of parole. The United States Sentencing Guidelines will be considered by the court upon conviction. Grimy Times will continue to follow this case and provide updates as they become available.
