Bethany Lynn Kendall, Methamphetamine Distribution, Oklahoma 2017

GRIMY TIMES EXCLUSIVE: Seven individuals have been hit with federal drug conspiracy charges, stemming from a massive methamphetamine distribution ring in McAlester, Oklahoma. Bethany Lynn Kendall, 28; Steven Alan Phifer, 40; Dustin Lee Hall, 31; Dylan Joseph Dempsey, 25; Conway Lee Kindle, 43; Dominic Alan Giaudrone, 38; and Angel Reanea Henderson, 41, face a decade in prison and fines reaching $10 million for their alleged roles.

According to the Department of Justice, the suspects are accused of conspiring to distribute methamphetamine in and around McAlester between April 17, 2017, and December 26, 2017. The charges stem from an investigation involving multiple law enforcement agencies, including the DEA, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics.

United States Attorney Brian J. Kuester praised the collaborative efforts of all involved agencies, stating that public safety is best achieved through cross-jurisdictional cooperation. District Attorney Charles B. “Chuck” Sullivan echoed this sentiment, emphasizing the importance of task forces like the District 18 Drug and Violent Crimes Task Force in tackling such complex investigations.

The grand jury indictment does not equate to guilt; however, it signifies formal charges against the defendants. Each accused is presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.
