Bangor, Maine – In a shocking turn of events, Fausto Rivera-Rivera, a 37-year-old Mexican national, has pleaded guilty to illegally entering the United States after being removed or deported.
According to court records, Rivera-Rivera unlawfully entered the United States, was ordered removed to Mexico in 2013, and left. He did not apply for permission to reenter the United States. On April 27, 2018, he was arrested in Clinton, Maine, after a Clinton Police officer stopped a vehicle in which he was a passenger.
