Sioux Falls Man Sentenced to 210 Months for Methamphetamine Conspiracy
A Sioux Falls man has been sentenced to 210 months in prison for his role in a methamphetamine conspiracy. Milton Lewis Poole III, 28, was found guilty of Conspiracy to Distribute Methamphetamine and was sentenced on May 6, 2016, by U.S. District Judge Karen E. Schreier.
According to the indictment, Poole was involved in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in Sioux Falls in 2015. He distributed over 20 pounds of methamphetamine in the city and received several pounds of the substance in the mail.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Jennifer D. Mammenga prosecuted the case, which was investigated by the Drug Enforcement Administration, the United States Postal Inspection Service, and the Sioux Falls Area Drug Task Force.
