Tyler Ryan Lee Heimer, a 27-year-old from Panama City Beach, Florida, has been indicted for attempting to entice a minor. The alleged crime occurred in Panama City Beach, and Heimer is set to face trial on August 24, 2026. The case is being prosecuted as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat child sexual exploitation and abuse. Heimer’s indictment is the result of a joint investigation by the Bay County Sheriff’s Office and Homeland Security Investigations.
