Emiliano Rafael Hernandez Escamilla, a 30-year-old illegal alien from Mexico, has been indicted in federal court for unlawfully possessing ammunition in Bay County, Florida. The indictment, announced by United States Attorney John P. Heekin, comes after an investigation by the Homeland Security Investigations and the Bay County Sheriff’s Office.
