Nine members of the notorious RMS/EBK gang in Orlando have pleaded guilty to fentanyl trafficking charges, following an investigation that began in December 2022 after an overdose death exposed the organization’s criminal activities. The gang, which operated in Orlando, conspired to distribute controlled substances, including methamphetamine and fentanyl, and often disguised the true nature of these substances. The defendants, including Christian Rou-Rey, Jeremiah Maldonado, and Benajmin Rivard, face sentences ranging from 5 to 40 years in prison.
