Niulmi Baez, a 26-year-old Dominican national, made his plea in a New Hampshire federal court, copping to conspiracy to distribute at least 400 grams of fentanyl.
According to prosecutors, Baez ran a brazen fentanyl operation in the Granite State, selling the deadly opioid to an undercover cop between November 2021 and June 2022.
The sting operation, led by the DEA, revealed that Baez used a network of dealers, including his co-defendant Hamet Badia, to peddle the toxic substance.
Baez’s operation was so slick that he even used an Uber rideshare to deliver the goods to his customers, but it was all caught on tape by the undercover cop.
After leaving the country, Baez was tracked down and arrested at Logan Airport on October 2, 2025, and has been locked up ever since.
