A 54-year-old Jamaican national, Jason Kristian Duncker, masterminded a massive cocaine trafficking operation that netted his Mexican cartel bosses $250,004.
Between 2021 and 2022, Duncker trafficked 75 to 100 kilograms of the deadly drug, with the cash haul destined for Mexico.
On July 22, 2022, Duncker coordinated a bulk cash pickup in Chesapeake, but law enforcement had him in their sights. They pulled him over and searched his vehicle, recovering the massive cash stash.
Duncker fled to Mexico but was eventually tracked down by Mexican authorities, with the US Marshals Service and DEA providing assistance.
After a cross-border bust, Duncker was extradited back to the US and pleaded guilty to conspiracy, distribution, and interstate travel in aid of racketeering. On December 22, 2025, he copped a 6-year sentence.
