James Michael Olshefskie, a 55-year-old convicted felon from Pensacola, Florida, was found guilty of possessing ammunition and two unregistered firearm silencers. On September 11, 2025, United States Probation Officers visited Olshefskie’s residence as part of his federal post-conviction supervision and discovered the prohibited items in his bedroom. As a convicted felon, Olshefskie was prohibited from possessing firearms or ammunition.
