A Panama City Beach man’s sickening secrets have finally been exposed. David Carlton Lee, 59, is accused of transporting, possessing, and accessing child pornography, according to federal indictment.

Lee, a resident of Panama City Beach, Florida, appeared in court for his arraignment, where he’s facing multiple child pornography charges.
US Immigration and Customs Enforcement’s Homeland Security Investigations and the Panama City Beach Police Department worked together to crack the case. The agencies found enough evidence to charge Lee with one count of transporting child pornography, one count of possessing or accessing child porn with intent to view, and one count of possessing child pornography.
Lee could face up to 20 years in prison for each of the possession counts and a minimum 5 years for transporting child porn. The case is being prosecuted by Assistant US Attorney Meredith L. Steer.
