A registered sex offender in Pensacola, Florida, is facing up to 20 years in prison for possessing child abuse images. Jordan T. Quinones, 30, was found with obscene materials involving minors on his cellular telephone, which he maintained in an online account.
According to court documents, the Florida Department of Law Enforcement conducted routine checks on Quinones as a registered sex offender in late 2025. Suspicious materials led to an interview and search warrant, revealing images of cartoon and computer-generated sexual abuse, sadomasochistic abuse, and bestiality involving minors.
Quinones was maintaining these images online, putting countless children at risk of exploitation. His actions demonstrate a blatant disregard for the law and a continued threat to public safety.
The case is being jointly investigated by the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Homeland Security Investigations, with Assistant United States Attorney David L. Goldberg prosecuting the case as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative to combat child exploitation.
