Nathan Richard Kosmatine, Child Exploitation, Pennsylvania 2024

Nathan Richard Kosmatine, a 30-year-old resident of Erie, Pennsylvania, has been indicted by a federal grand jury in Erie on charges of violating federal laws relating to the sexual exploitation of children, Acting United States Attorney Soo C. Song announced today.

The three-count indictment named Kosmatine as the sole defendant. According to the indictment presented to the court, Kosmatine distributed, received, and possessed computer images and movies depicting minors engaging in sexually explicit conduct.

This case was brought as part of Project Safe Childhood, a nationwide initiative launched in May 2006 to combat the growing epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse.
