New Hires at US Attorney’s Office, Colorado 2024

Denver, CO – The US Attorney’s Office in Colorado has welcomed five new Assistant US Attorneys, all of whom are eager to start their new roles under the leadership of U.S. Attorney Jason Dunn.

Candyce Choi Cline, a former Associate Municipal Judge for the Westminster Municipal Court in Colorado, has joined the office’s Criminal Division. Prior to her judicial role, Cline served as a Deputy District Attorney for Adams and Broomfield Counties. She earned her law degree from the University of Colorado Law School.

Beth Ford Milani, a former Assistant Attorney General in the Colorado Attorney General’s Office, has been assigned to the office’s Appellate Division. Milani clerked for the Hon. Steven Bernard and the Hon. John Webb of the Colorado Court of Appeals before joining the US Attorney’s Office. She earned her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law.

Elizabeth Hagerty, a former Senior Associate for Hogan Lovells in Washington D.C., has been assigned to the office’s Civil Division. Hagerty clerked for the Hon. Alan Kay of the U.S. District Court for the District of Hawaii before joining Hogan Lovells. She earned her law degree from George Washington University Law School.

Daniel McIntyre, a former Special Assistant United States Attorney for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement, has joined the office’s Criminal Division. Prior to his role at ICE, McIntyre worked as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor. He earned his law degree from Washington University School of Law.

Thomas Minser, a former Assistant State’s Attorney for the Domestic Violence and Sex Crimes Unit in the DuPage County State’s Attorney’s Office in Wheaton, Ill, has joined the office’s Criminal Division. Minser earned his law degree from Northern Illinois University College of Law.

Jena Neuscheler, a former Associate for Williams & Connolly in Washington D.C., has been assigned to the office’s Criminal Division. Neuscheler clerked for the Hon. Ketanji Brown Jackson of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia before joining Williams & Connolly. She earned her law degree from Stanford Law School.

Wayne Paugh, a former Assistant Chief Counsel for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, has been assigned to the office’s Criminal Division. Paugh earned his law degree from George Mason University School of Law and his LL.M. in Intellectual Property Law from George Washington University School of Law.
