Oglala Man Indicted For Child Abuse

Norman Yellow Hawk, a 47-year-old man from Oglala, South Dakota, has been indicted by a federal grand jury for allegedly committing heinous crimes against a child under the age of 12 between 2007 and 2010 at Allen, South Dakota.
