Adam Frederick Juenemann, Child Pornography Transport, Nebraska 2020

OMAHA, NEBRASKA – Adam Frederick Juenemann, 44, of Omaha, Nebraska, will spend the next 17 and a half years behind bars after being sentenced to 210 months’ incarceration for transporting child pornography. U.S. District Court Judge Brian C. Buescher handed down the sentence today, a penalty that carries no possibility of parole under federal law. Even after release, Juenemann will face a lifetime of supervised release and continued registration as a sex offender.

The case unfolded after law enforcement discovered a deeply disturbing video and photograph on the notorious website motherless.com in October 2020. The content depicted a 15-year-old female and a 14-year-old male engaged in explicit acts. The material had been uploaded on January 7, 2020, by a user identified as “sole_t.” Investigators traced the IP address used to post the content – a Cox Communications address – directly to Juenemann’s residence. The account itself was registered under the name of his ex-wife.

A December 22, 2020, search of Juenemann’s home yielded a trove of incriminating evidence. Multiple electronic devices were seized and meticulously reviewed, revealing 62 images depicting children subjected to sexual abuse. Crucially, investigators also found still images from the same video of the 15-year-old and 14-year-old posted on motherless.com, stored directly on Juenemann’s phone. During questioning that same day, Juenemann admitted to using Cox for his internet service and acknowledged ownership of the email address linked to the motherless.com account.

This wasn’t Juenemann’s first brush with the law. He was previously convicted of three counts of Sexual Exploitation of a Child in Ellis County, Kansas, under case number 15CR35, a clear indication of a pattern of predatory behavior. The sentencing in Nebraska reflects the severity of this repeat offense and a commitment to protecting vulnerable children.

The investigation was spearheaded by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as part of their Child Enticement and Human Trafficking Task Force. This case was prosecuted under the umbrella of Project Safe Childhood, a national initiative launched in 2006 by the Department of Justice. The project aims to aggressively combat the escalating epidemic of child sexual exploitation and abuse by coordinating federal, state, and local resources to identify, apprehend, and prosecute offenders, while simultaneously rescuing victims.

U.S. Attorney Steven Russell made the announcement, underscoring the dedication of his office and the FBI to relentlessly pursue those who prey on children. The Grimy Times will continue to follow this case and report on similar instances of child exploitation as they come to light.
