Wheeling Man Admits to Unlawful Possession of Firearm and Ammunition
WHEELING, WEST VIRGINIA – In a shocking turn of events, Patrick A. Groves, a 30-year-old resident of Wheeling, West Virginia, has pleaded guilty to one count of ‘Unlawful Possession of a Firearm and Ammunition.’ The admission comes after a thorough investigation by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms, and Explosives and the Wheeling Police Department.
