Gibbs arrived at Newark Liberty International Airport aboard a flight from Montego Bay, Jamaica. Molina; and officers of U.S. Customs and Border Protection, under the direction of Marty Raybon, Acting Director of Field Operations, New York Field Office, with the investigation leading to today’s guilty plea.

**SENTENCING**

Sentencing is scheduled for October 20, 2021. Gibbs’s fate will be decided by U.S. District Judge Katharine S. Hayden. The court has the discretion to impose a sentence within the range of five to 40 years in prison and a fine of up to $5 million.
