Kaziah Matthew White, Distribution of Child Pornography, New York 2024

WASHINGTON D.C. – The vehicle used by a depraved predator to travel to the District of Columbia with the intent to sexually abuse a child is now in the crosshairs of the Justice Department. Federal prosecutors have filed a civil forfeiture complaint against a 2020 Subaru Forester SUV belonging to Kaziah Matthew White, 33, of Long Lake, New York, after his arrest in a chilling sting operation.

White pleaded guilty on December 18, 2024, to one count of distribution of child pornography. The evidence painted a horrifying picture: between March 2024, White bombarded an undercover officer – posing as a father offering up his 10-year-old son – with over 100 videos depicting the sexual abuse of young children and toddlers. The depravity extended to sadomasochistic abuse involving a blindfolded child. He didn’t stop at images; he actively agreed to a meeting, even purchasing Spiderman-themed underwear for the fictional victim.

According to court documents, White drove the Subaru Forester from Maryland to a coffee shop in Washington D.C. on March 28, 2024, prepared to meet the undercover officer for a so-called “playdate.” Agents from the FBI-MPD Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Task Force were waiting. White was arrested upon arrival, effectively cutting short his monstrous plan. The vehicle itself was immediately seized and is currently held by the FBI, slated for transfer to the U.S. Marshals Service.

U.S. Attorney Jeanine Ferris Pirro made it clear this isn’t just about locking up a criminal, but about stripping him of the tools of his trade. “The United States regularly seeks to lawfully forfeit defendant property to punish and deter criminal activity by depriving criminals of property used in illegal activities and to recover the assets so that they may be used to compensate victims,” she stated. In this case, that means taking White’s vehicle – the very means by which he intended to carry out his horrific act.

White received an 87-month prison sentence on May 7, 2025, and will serve a lifetime term of supervised release after his incarceration. This forfeiture action represents a further blow, aimed at preventing him from profiting from his crimes, even behind bars. The government’s case is being handled by Asset Forfeiture Coordinator Rick Blaylock Jr. and Deputy Chief Janani Iyengar of the Child Exploitation and Human Trafficking Section, with former Assistant United States Attorney Jocelyn Bond having prosecuted the original criminal case.

This case serves as a stark reminder of the pervasive threat of online child exploitation and the tireless work of law enforcement to dismantle these networks. The Grimy Times will continue to follow this case and report on any further developments. Anyone with information regarding child exploitation is urged to contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children or their local FBI field office.
