Andrean Jaggon, Drug Trafficking, Massachusetts 2023

A Randolph woman has pleaded guilty to her role in a brazen drug trafficking scheme that left a trail of destruction in its wake. Andrean Jaggon, 37, admitted to using a telephone in furtherance of a drug trafficking offense during her guilty plea in Boston federal court.

According to prosecutors, Jaggon was arrested in November 2014 along with two others, Michael Gordon, 46, of Randolph, and Dagoberto Olea, 46, of Mendocino County, Calif. The trio is accused of peddling illicit substances, causing widespread chaos and despair in local communities.

Jaggon’s guilty plea comes as a significant blow to the defendants, who now face the prospect of lengthy prison sentences. Under federal guidelines, she could be sentenced to up to 4 years in prison, followed by 3 years of supervised release and a fine of $250,000.

The investigation, which involved a multi-agency task force, was spearheaded by the U.S. Attorney’s Office and included key contributions from Homeland Security Investigations, the IRS, the DEA, and the Massachusetts State Police.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Karen Beausey is prosecuting the case, which is being closely watched by law enforcement agencies and community leaders.

The guilty plea marks a significant milestone in the case, but the remaining defendants are still presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt in a court of law.

As the case continues to unfold, authorities are urging residents to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity to the authorities. The investigation is ongoing, and further arrests are possible.
