RAPID CITY, SD – Thomas Gary Thompson, 27, of Rapid City, is facing serious federal charges after being indicted for Possession with Intent to Distribute a Controlled Substance – specifically, methamphetamine. According to court documents, a criminal complaint was initially filed against Thompson on March 30, 2017, followed by the federal grand jury indictment on April 4, 2017.
