PITTSBURGH – In a bold stand against justice, four individuals have been indicted on charges of criminal contempt for their refusal to testify in the trial of Anthony Pryor and Lance Yarbough. The defendants—Khayri Battle, 36, from Newark; Shane Brooks, 30; Victoria Morgan, 32; and Bobby Rodgers, 48—all residents of Duquesne, Pennsylvania—are accused of spurning a written order compelling them to testify, despite the court’s grant of immunity.
The trio and Battle are alleged to have拒不履行在涉及阴谋拥有和分销海洛因的审判中的证人责任,尽管他们已经获得了美国地方法院法官Reggie B. Walton签署的豁免令。
Brendan T. Conway
