Ricardo Medrano Damas, Illegal Reentry, Pennsylvania 2023

Philadelphia, Pennsylvania – Ricardo Medrano Damas, a/k/a ‘Ricardo Medrano Damaso,’ a/k/a ‘Armando Villalongo-Reyes,’ has been charged with a serious crime in the United States.

A native of the Dominican Republic, Damas was found in the United States on August 28, 2017, after having been deported four times prior: May 30, 2003, December 1, 2010, April 4, 2012, and June 21, 2016.

The indictment alleges that Damas, an alien and native and citizen of the Dominican Republic, was found in the United States in violation of federal law. If convicted, Damas faces a maximum possible sentence of twenty years.
