GREENEVILLE, Tenn. – In a shocking turn of events, Ricky Dale Munsey, 48, of Del Rio, Tennessee, was sentenced to serve 262 months in federal prison following a conviction for his role in a conspiracy to distribute methamphetamine in the Eastern District of Tennessee.
According to the plea agreement on file with the U.S. District Court, Munsey admitted that he was responsible for at least 4.5 kilograms of actual methamphetamine. The staggering amount of the deadly substance has left law enforcement agencies stunned.
