Lincoln Man Sentenced for Methamphetamine Conspiracy in Nebraska

A 28-year-old man from Lincoln, Nebraska, has been sentenced for his role in a methamphetamine conspiracy that netted over 70 pounds of the illicit substance. Robert Earl Partee, II, 28, of Lincoln, Nebraska, was sentenced to 225 months in prison followed by a 5-year term of supervised release for his part in the conspiracy to distribute 500 grams or more of a mixture of substance containing methamphetamine.

The investigation into Partee’s activities, which spanned from the middle of 2018 until the end of November 2019, uncovered a large-scale operation in which he would purchase methamphetamine and resell it in the Lincoln area. During this time, law enforcement seized methamphetamine on two separate occasions – once from his vehicle and once from his person during a traffic stop.

On April 30, 2019, officers stopped Partee’s vehicle for a traffic violation and found more than 300 grams of methamphetamine in the vehicle. The same vehicle was involved in another incident on November 13, 2019, when law enforcement found methamphetamine on Partee’s person during a traffic stop.

The Lincoln/Lancaster County Narcotics Task Force led the investigation into Partee’s activities, which ultimately led to his sentencing in federal court in Lincoln.

The case highlights the ongoing struggle against methamphetamine trafficking in Nebraska and the efforts of law enforcement to dismantle these operations.
