Robert Wozniak, 48, Indicted on Federal Fraud Charges in Vinton, Virginia

A federal grand jury in Roanoke, Virginia, has indicted Robert Wozniak, 48, of Vinton, Virginia, on two counts of fraud related to the theft of funds from the Social Security Administration.

According to the indictment, from July 2015 through April 2016, Wozniak allegedly stole Social Security Administration funds, specifically retirement benefit payments, intended for his deceased grandmother, for which he was not entitled.
