Illegal Alien Sentenced for Unlawful Entry in Oklahoma
Muskggee, Oklahoma – Rodolfo Guardado Palma, a Mexican national unlawfully present/residing in Bryan County, Oklahoma, was sentenced to time served for one count of Unlawful Reentry of Removed Alien.
The charge arose from an investigation by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security’s Immigration and Customs Enforcement Division and the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.
The defendant was found in the United States without obtaining the express consent of the Secretary of Homeland Security to reapply for admission to the United States after having been previously removed on September 12, 2019, and December 12, 2019.
According to investigators, Rodolfo Guardado-Palma pleaded guilty to the charge on December 15, 2025.
