A Sacaton man has been sentenced to 17 years in prison for Abusive Sexual Contact with a minor.
Ronald Lee Juan Jr., 27, was sentenced by United States District Judge John J. Tuchi to 204 months in prison, followed by lifetime supervised release.
The abuse occurred between September 22, 2017, and September 21, 2018, with Juan engaging in sexual contact with the victim on multiple occasions.
Juan pleaded guilty on June 9, 2022, to Abusive Sexual Contact with a Minor.
An investigation into the case was conducted by the Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Gila River Police Department.
Assistant U.S. Attorney Raynette Logan handled the prosecution.
The case number is CR-21-00885-PHX-JJT, and the release number is 2022-177_Juan.
